HOW TO GET THERE/
PARK

We have compiled the nearest parking spaces for you here in the form of a printable map in PDF format.
To load and unload your luggage, you can stop right in front of the hotel for ten minutes.

BAR

Enjoying the view of Constance and Lake Constance while holding your favorite drink in your hand — that's the perfect way to end the day on vacation.
In our sky lodge on the 8th floor, our roof terrace awaits you with wonderful views of the city, the lake and the surrounding area.

Whether it's cold beer, warming tea, a refreshing drink or a glass of regional wine — you're sure to find something to suit your taste in our bar menu. Simply order delicious drinks from reception.

BODENSEE-WEST
MAP

You will receive the Bodensee-West Card, your free pass in the district of Constance to Stein am Rhein and Überlingen.
Many discounts and discounts are also included, for example:

You can check in between 15:00 and 23:00
(until 22:00 in January and February).

Early check-in from 12:00 is available upon request and at an additional cost of €20. If you are interested, please contact us one day in advance.

If you arrive after 11 pm (after 10 pm in January and February), please call us early so that we can program our key safe and provide you with the code.

You can check out until Monday - Friday until 11:00
(until 12:00 on Sundays).

For a late check-out by 14:00, please ask at reception (20.00 euros).
You can store your luggage on the 8th floor for a few hours
(no liability on the part of the hotel).

If you leave before 7 a.m., please pay your bill at reception the day before. In the morning, simply leave the room key in the room.
We accept cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay, Diners Club and American Express.

BIKES

The bike rental and repair service “Kultur Rädle” can be found at the train station almost “around the corner” or at the service and rental stations offered.

At “Indigo Bike Park” (open Tue-Sat, www.indigo-konstanz.de/fahrrad), you can safely park your bikes overnight and also charge your e-bikes.
There is also a bike rental service and a workshop there.

Depending on availability, we also offer storage facilities in the house across the street.
However, there is no power outlet here to charge e-bikes.
We do not guarantee and/or assume any liability for this free service.

Please do not park your bikes in the hallway or in the rooms.

TELEVISION

Depending on the brand, turn on the television by long pressing the red on/off button or by pressing the number 1 on the remote control.
If the television is not in standby mode, there is a button on the side of the device.

ESCAPE ROUTES

You can find out about escape options in the event of a fire by looking at the map on your room door or at the reception.
The balconies serve as escape routes.
It is forbidden to use escape routes and stairs without an emergency situation!

BREAKFAST/

Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Lunch package:
If you're out and about all day, we'll be happy to prepare a delicious packed lunch for you.
You can easily order by telephone or at reception.

VOUCHERS

With us, you can give away vouchers to your loved ones.
In general, we offer 3 vouchers to choose from. The value is freely selectable in each case.

HOUSEKEEPING

Room service until approx. 2 p.m. You can then get fresh towels at reception.
If you do not want service, simply hang the red sign on the outside of the door.

NON-SMOKER
ROOMS

Please do not smoke in the room or with the window open as the smoke detectors are very sensitive.
If the room smells of smoke upon departure, we will charge a cleaning fee of 100.00 euros.

Most rooms include a safe.
If you have booked a smaller room without a safe, you can drop off smaller valuables at the reception - we will be happy to store them in our hotel safe.

Of course, we also constantly comply with important hygiene rules.

TOURISM & CLIMATE PROTECTION TAX

The city of Constance levies a tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% on the accommodation price.

Your room is generally cleaned daily by us.

Unsubscribe from room cleaning:
Regardless of whether you would like a little more privacy in your room in view of the current situation or would like to do something good for nature — with us, you have the option to refrain from daily room cleaning.
Simply let us know at reception by 20:00 the night before.
