For this purpose, we will send you a pre-stay email once a few days before each arrival, which summarizes the most important information for you once again.
Shortly after your departure, we will send you a one-time email with a request for a review, which also gives you the opportunity to give us feedback and suggestions.
You have the right to unsubscribe from these two emails free of charge and without giving reasons. Since delivery is automated, please ensure that you get in touch with the hotel in good time.
